We’ve completed the DialSource installation, how do my agents use DialSource?
Have you given the agents DialSource licenses? Your agents must be given DialSource licenses to call through DialSource. To give agents DialSource licenses:
Instruct your designated agents to log into Salesforce. Afterward, you navigate to Setup in Salesforce and type “Call Centers” in the Quick Find search bar then click on the Call Centers hyperlink . Next, click on the DialSource hyperlink then click on the Manage Call Center Users button:
Click on the Add More Users button:
Filter all your agents designated for DialSource licenses. Afterward, click on the Find button then click on the Add to Call Center button to give agents DialSource licenses:
Note: If the total number of users in your Call Center exceed the number of available DialSource licenses then your Denali control panel will crash. Contact DialSource Support to check your number of available DialSource licenses
