My agent is unable to create Campaigns.
- Do they have the appropriate permissions? Make sure they have the “Export Reports” permission in Salesforce. This can be granted as part of their Profile or as part of a Permission Set.
- Have you added the agent to DialSource Call Center? Agents must be added to DialSource Call Center to create Campaigns. To add agents to DialSource Call Center:
Navigate to Setup in Salesforce and type “Call Centers” in the Quick Find search bar then click on the Call Centers hyperlink. Next, click on the DialSource hyperlink then click on the Manage Call Center Users button:
Click on the Add More Users button:
Filter all your agents designated for DialSource licenses. Afterward, click on the Find button then click on the Add to Call Center button to give agents DialSource licenses:
