[Denali only] Were you on a Salesforce page with the Denali Control Panel open? Make sure to have a Salesforce tab with the Denali Control Panel open. Otherwise, your phone state will change to Inbound Lock and you will not receive any inbound phone call.
If you have already confirmed that you have a Salesforce tab displaying the Denali Control Panel open, confirm with your manager that you've been correctly added to an Inbound Group.
