Were you logged into your CRM with the Denali Panel open? Make sure to have a tab with the Denali Panel open. Otherwise, your phone state will change to Inbound Locked and you will not receive any inbound phone call. Also, you are not able to receive inbound calls during the small window of time while your tab is reloading.
If you have already confirmed that you have a tab displaying the Denali Panel open, confirm with your manager that you've been correctly added to an Inbound Group.
