We've discovered that there have been service disruptions on both the Comcast and Level3 Communications networks. We've already taken both of them out of rotation as far as our telephony. However, your agents may be using one of these for their Leg A connections.
Although this is outside of the DialSource system, it may still result in issues. Comcast and Level3 are both working to get their systems back online, and in the meantime our dev team is attempting to work around the issues.
