Good afternoon, DialSource users:
This afternoon at approximately 1:15pm Pacific time, Denali users reported latency for a period of approximately 5 minutes. The reports were related to delays in button clicks on the CTI panel. Delays were related to a high volume of traffic on a specific server which has been resolved.
There are currently no system issues and traffic has returned to normal. We are investigation the cause of the high request volume and will post an additional update shortly.
