1/3/18 11:40a PDT: All, we are seeing some latency, causing users to click buttons multiple times. We are investigating and will provide additional details shortly.
UPDATE 11:52a PDT: One of our providers has identified an issue in their primary database cluster that is causing requests to get queued up, thus, causing a delay in processing requests (e.g., Connect, Dial, End). We will be failing over to the backup cluster while they investigate the cause of the issue and will keep updates coming here as they are available.
UPDATE 11:59a PDT: Migration to the backup cluster is complete. Everything went smoothly and latency is decreasing as messages are processed through the backlog. More details to follow, but performance should be returning to normal speeds.
UPDATE 12:07p PDT: We've received the official "all clear" from the dev team. They'll be working with our provider to determine the root cause and a plan of action, which we will provide as soon as it is available.
UPDATE 2:45p PDT: Today's issue has been identified by our database provider and they will be making some adjustments this evening. As a result, we are scheduling a maintenance window from tonight from 11:00p 1/3 - 1:00a 1/4. For more information, click here.
