An issue is being experienced by one of our upstream telephony carriers. We've opened a ticket with the provider and are currently re-routing calls around the effected zones.
We'll provide an update here as soon as the carrier closes the ticket and resolves their issue. In the meantime, service should remain stable upon completion of the re-route.
UPDATE - 8:15a PT: The re-route is complete with all known effected zones blocked.
UPDATE - 8:25a PT: It appears that there may be multiple carriers experiencing issues. We'll keep this posted updated with additional information as it becomes available.
UPDATE - 8:42a PT: All route blocks are operational for all carriers experiencing issues. All clients who have reported a poor connection have confirmed that all calls are good to go. We'll post one final update once all carriers have resolved pending tickets.
