This morning at approximately 7:30am Pacific time, V2 (DialSource Classic) users began experiencing delays in record loading on Preview Manual call lists. The dev team is currently investigating the root cause and we will keep you posted with additional details as they become available.
UPDATE 7:50a PT: There was some temporary slowness for about 5 minutes. Regular processes took care of the latency within 10 minutes and all processes are running at optimal levels.
