Good morning, Denali users:
We are seeing some latency in the response times from one of our providers. The provider in questions has been engaged on the notice and we are working to get more information. As of now, we've not received any reports of this effecting any Denali users, however, the development team is investigating and updates will be posted here as more information becomes available.
UPDATE 10:08a PT: We're still working with the provider. They've made some adjustments and response times are returning to normal, but we're still waiting for a complete answer on what is being updated and when everything will be "green."
UPDATE 11:00a PT: Our provider has optimized some of their DB queries and will be providing a more detailed analysis of their query efficiency (at our "gentle request") to make sure they don't run into this issue in the future.
