Good morning, V2 Users:
Our development team is currently investigating some communication issues with NFS (Network File System) on one of our servers that runs the DialSource Classic (V2) system. Currently, this issue is not client impacting and all service is continuing as normal. Should the status change, we will update this post with additional information.
Please note: DialSource Denali clients will not be impacted in any way as the two systems have separate infrastructure.
UPDATE: 4/13 - 10:50a PDT: We have received a few reports from users who were not able to connect to the server in question (ORD 2). We've restarted the server, which would have resulted in users being asked to reconnect. We are continuing to work on the effected server. In the meantime, disconnecting and reconnecting will ensure you are placed are a server working at 100%.
UPDATE: 4/13 - 11:20a PDT: All issues on the affected server have been resolved. Any impacted users will be able to resume normal usage.
