Good afternoon, all. The development team has identified an issue that is causing delays with Campaigns launching or ending. They are currently working and will have updates available shortly.
The issue was identified at 11:47am PT. Updates will be posted as they become available.
UPDATE 12:20pm PT: The issue should be starting to resolve. Affected users may need to end and restart their Campaigns if they are still in a Campaign.
UPDATE 12:40pm PT: Campaigns appear to be functioning normally. However, a related issue is causing issues with retrieving call recordings. The team is working to address this while remaining on high alert for any recurring issues with Campaigns.
UPDATE 1pm PT: The issue with recording retrieval is now resolved. The recording retrieval queue got backed up while the update to address the campaigns issue was put into place. The queue has been cleared and performance has returned to normal.
UPDATE 1:15pm PT: The dev team has determined that all issues are resolved and everything is operating normally. They're still working on the root cause analysis at this time, which will be posted once the analysis is complete.
