Three permission sets are installed as part of the package and can be located in Setup > Permission Sets.
These permission sets contain the needed permissions in Salesforce that are required for general users, managers, and admins to access the objects and VisualForce pages installed by the Denali package. They will allow access to the softphone if the user's profile doesn't already contain the needed permissions. They don't contain complete permissions within Salesforce such as "Export Reports" or "Manage Call Center Users," which will need to be opened up by your own organization's Profiles or Permission Sets.
