9:54 AM Pacific: Our engineers have identified the cause of the performance issue. An update to the communications channel between the DialSource servers and the Denali soft phone required us to send a signal for all soft phones to refresh the connection in the background. All soft phones simultaneously reconnecting caused increased load on our servers , resulting in slow performance. We will address this issue in an upcoming release by throttling these refresh signals as to space them out.
