Good morning, Denali users. An upstream telephony provider that we rely on experienced an issue earlier this morning that affected some but not all DialSource Denali inbound phone numbers. Affected users experienced either calls failing to deliver or issues with audio on inbound calls. The DialSource telephony team worked directly with the provider and service has already been confirmed to be restored. This post will be updated with additional details from the provider when they become available.
This issue affected inbound calls only, outbound calls were not affected.
UPDATE from our provider: We experienced an intermittent service issue that caused some delays or call quality issues between approx. 12:30PM ET (9:30AM PT) and 1PM ET (10AM PT). All systems are working again at this time. We’re hard at work on the issue to understand the cause.
