[New] We now support non-US numbers in Campaigns. Previously, dialing a number using campaigns failed or showed "undialable" if that number that didn't use the US country code. International calling is an additional feature that that can be added to your account by contacting your CSM.
[New] When setting up the call to the agent, we now set the caller name to "DialSource." This mostly is to support agents in Canada, where the caller name is sent on the call itself, rather than carriers looking it up in a database. In December, we introduced this same change for calls to customers, and we are now adding it to the agent call leg as well.
[Change] Clearer user notification when a call is blocked by the pre-dial webhook. Previously the message and the override were displayed in different formats and in different locations. These have been combined for a single unified message.
[Fix] In some cases, the queue dashboard doesn’t show an updated agent’s status when their state changes.
