Good afternoon, Denali users. There appears to be an issue in national wireless networks that is causing users on mobile devices to be unable to receive calls, rendering them unable to connect to the system. This issue is affecting primarily, but not exclusively, T-Mobile numbers. Outgoing calls to mobile numbers can also be affected.
Update 12:30pm Pacific: The same issue is occurring on multiple mobile networks. Updated with links to Down Detector for major providers.
Update 1:45pm Pacific: Added links to the T-Mobile blog and and TechCrunch article. Per the T-Mobile blog post, T-Mobile engineers are working to resolve issues.
Update 4:30pm Pacific: T-Mobile public statements indicate they are continuing to work on the issue. Issue reports from other providers appear to be decreasing as well.
Update 6/16/20 6:15am: According to the blog post, T-Mobile restored service at 10:09pm Pacific time last night.
