Good morning, Denali for Salesforce users. Our developers have identified a communication issue between our system and Salesforce. This can affect users in a variety of ways, including the following:
- Calls not logging
- Campaigns not refreshing
- The Configuration User showing "Invalid Login" when the login credentials are valid
DialSource Development is actively investigating. Updates will be posted here when they become available.
Currently, all calls that have failed to log due to this issue have been successfully captured by our backup system and will be re-logged as soon as possible.
This has been confirmed to only affect Salesforce clients. Microsoft Dynamics clients are not affected.
UPDATE 8:40am PT: This appears to be caused by an issue with our DNS provider. The provider was unable to resolve most Salesforce nameservers. DialSource Development has changed the primary nameserver and added a backup to the DNS caching services on the DialSource back end to prevent issues like this from occurring in the future. They have also set all Campaigns that timed out due to this issue back to "Good" status so that auto-refresh will resume. Development is still actively monitoring the situation.
UPDATE 10:10am PT: Development has made additional adjustments to nameservers on our back end. They are continuing to monitor the situation but as of writing, the changes are showing positive results.
