Good afternoon, Denali users. This release, which went live the afternoon of Friday December 4, contained one fix and one change. We get something for both Salesforce and Dynamics clients this time, too.
Salesforce
[FIX] Fixed a bug where the Configuration User status did not correctly update to "Invalid Login" when we received a login error from Salesforce.
Microsoft Dynamics
[CHANGE] Added an option where in Dynamics 365 Unified Interface, the KORE subject line now remains unchanged. To enable this functionality, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Changes
[CHANGE] In the Agent List, the "None" value in the Extension column for users who do not use an extension is now displayed in italics to make it more clear that no extension is present. (1065588)

Fixes
[FIX] Previously, a bug was causing the Outbound Recording Redaction column to be overwritten when an Inbound value is saved. This has been fixed.
