[CHANGE] Added a new feature to allow Agent Regional ID settings to be respected for Click to Dial in Campaigns regardless of the Campaign Regional ID setting. (931777)
UPDATE: Due to an internal miscommunication, this feature was originally listed as appearing in Global Settings. It is enabled at the account level and does not appear in Global Settings.
Note: To have this feature enabled, contact your Customer Success Manager.

[CHANGE] Added an additional backend verification process to the bug report process to prevent bug reports from accidentally being submitted multiple times. Users should not notice a difference in function or performance.
