Good morning, Denali users. This weekend's release brings several much-anticipated bugfixes and performance improvements for the Denali softphone. Several of these changes and bugfixes relate to Callbacks, but there are other more general changes and fixes as well.
Changes
[CHANGE] Callbacks can no longer be scheduled in the past. Attempting to do so will present a message stating “Callback datetime must be in the future”

[CHANGE] Callbacks in Salesforce now support calling on Tasks. The Callback will be associated with the parent object(s) of the Task.

[CHANGE] Callbacks that fail to create no longer show “Successful” in the softphone and will now throw an error message stating why it failed to create in Salesforce.

[CHANGE] Added a check to prevent double-clicking for Click to Dial in Microsoft Dynamics.

[CHANGE] When task creation fails due to storage limit being exceeded, the softphone will now show a message stating “Failed to create the task. Storage limit exceeded in your organization. Please contact your administrator.”

[CHANGE] Removed the star and pound keys from the Dialpad, as they did not work and this caused confusion for users.

Fixes
[FIX] Fixed a bug that occurred when a user had a large number of callbacks that caused the softphone to lock up entirely, leaving the user unable to proceed.

[FIX] Updated state locking system to prevent users from getting stuck.

[FIX] Fixed an issue with Caller ID matching when the carriers did not send the trailing 1 for domestic (United States) calls.
Impacts: organizations using SIP forwarding for inbound calls

[FIX] Fixed a bug where Microsoft Dynamics users were not able to place Click to Dial calls while active in a Campaign.
